Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and in its original packaging. You must also keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our garments are made with delicate materials that require special care. We recommend gentle washing, inside out, avoiding high temperatures, tumble drying, bleach, and excessive friction. Some fabrics may be particularly sensitive to abrasion, stretching and mechanical stress. Any damage caused by improper washing, abrasion, friction, tearing, or incorrect handling will make the item ineligible for return or refund.
To start a return, please contact us at info@houseofpezzo.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of:
- Used items
- Items washed or treated in a way that does not comply with the care instructions
- Damaged items
- Items with stains
- Items showing signs of abrasion, tearing or stress due to improper handling
- Items missing original tags or original packaging
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without explanation.
As above, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
